Cowgirl Whimsy jewelry is custom designed and hand created with unique style and charm. Each piece is one of a kind. We use natural stones and the best quality findings available. No two items are exactly alike. Natural stones have their own distinctive characteristics. We give special care and attention to each piece to ensure you receive a top quality item representative of that listed on our website.

Due to the differences in monitor color calibration the color you see may not be completely true of the actual shade. We will make every effort to thoroughly describe the item and color as best as possible.

From time to time we may offer a small selection of manufactured or synthetic products that will be noted in the item description.

Payment
We accept Visa and MasterCard via Paypal.. We accept payment via money order or personal check. If paying by personal check, items will not be shipped until check clears.

Shipping
The majority of the time we will ship USPS.  We will use the flat rate shipping charges whenever possible.  You will receive notification of shipment along with a tracking number via email. Shipping insurance is optional. If payment is made by personal check or money order, shipment will occur within 7 days of receiving payment.  Orders exceeding  $350.00 will not be charged for shipping.

All items will be packaged with utmost care to ensure a safe delivery.

Returns
When you receive your purchase, examine it carefully. Items may be exchanged only. If there is a defect or damage to your order please contact us immediately to resolve the issue. All item complaints must be made within 5 days of your receiving item.

NO returns or exchanges on clearance and sale items.
